Texas Board of Professional Engineers – Professional Practice Update / Ethics: Updates on Board rule changes within the last year, general updates on initiatives the Board is working on, information on enforcement statistics, and the engineering Code of Conduct.
Attendance at this presentation meets the annual continuing education requirement for ethics-related training.
Presented by Mr. George Hartmann, P.E., Licensing Project Manager
George P. Hartmann, P.E. is a Licensing Project Manager at the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in Austin. He has been with the Board
for thirteen years. Previously he worked with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and predecessor agencies. He has also worked with Huntsman Corporation; and two environmental engineering consulting firms. He is a 1981 graduate of Manhattan College with a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
