President – Mit Rami

Mit Rami is a graduate of Nirma University Gujarat, India with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is currently enrolled in the graduate structural engineering program at Texas A&M University.  In the past, Mit has had multiple experiences with consulting firms designing concrete foundations, and supervising the construction process of various RC elements and residential buildings. He also serves as a data analyst for the Texas A&M Transportation Institute and as the President of the SEAoT Student Chapter at Texas A&M University. Mit is scheduled to graduate in May 2020 and will be interning with Henderson Rogers in Houston, TX this summer.

Vice President – Ishan Saini

Ishan Saini is a graduate of VIT University Vellore, India with a B.S in Civil Engineering. Ishan spent his college years working as a Research Assistant and being involved with various student leadership activities. This led him to earn employment with the Trident Group where he worked as a manager for multiple construction projects and supervised a team of 7 civil engineers. Currently, He is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and has been awarded a Departmental Fellowship. He also serves as the Vice President of the SEAoT Student Chapter at Texas A&M University. Ishan is scheduled to graduate in May 2020 and will be interning with Stantec in Houston, TX this summer. In his free time, Ishan loves cooking, traveling, and helping the community to grow in a better way.

Networking Chair / Treasurer – Tristian Ybarra

Tristian Ybarra is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.S in Civil Engineering and is currently enrolled in the graduate structural engineering program at Texas A&M University. In his academic years, Tristian spent his time working as a grader, tutor, and student officer is actively involved in multiple student organizations including ASCE, Chi Epsilon, and SEAoT. He also serves as the Networking Chair and Treasurer for the SEAoT Student Chapter at Texas A&M University. He is scheduled to graduate in May 2020 and will be interning with L.A. Fuess Partners in Dallas, TX this summer. In his free time, Tristian enjoys hiking, camping, and competing in the AISC Student Steel Bridge Competition.
