Shailendra N. Endley, Ph.D., P.E.

Bio:

Dr. Shailendra Endley has over 50 years’ geotechnical engineering experience and currently serves as a Chief Engineer for PSI Southwest region. He has completed and managed hundreds of projects involving geotechnical investigation for governmental, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing agencies in the Texas Gulf Coast area, Middle East, Far East, and Africa.

Dr. Endley has designed a variety of foundation systems including footing, mats, piles and piers in soil and rock environments. As such, he is responsible for reviewing geotechnical reports as part of our in‐house QA/QC process. Recognized as an expert in this field, Dr. Endley has published more than 30 technical papers, and was an adjunct professor at the University of Houston.
