The course material has been designed specifically to address structural infrastructure design and construction. The presentation will cover recent advances in posttensioning
technology, as well as post-tensioning design techniques for long span beams, girders, plates and unique structural elements for durability. Using recent case studies our experts will expand on the advantages of post-tensioning as a design solution for buildings and how customized post-tensioning design applications have solved constructability issues.

Presented by Lance Osborne of Struc’tur’al Technologies. Lance holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, and is a licensed professional in 21 states and 3 Canadian provinces.  He is involved in numerous professional associations including ACI, PCI and NPCA.  In addition he is a member of PTI and serves on the DC-20 Building Design committee. He has over 16 years of industry experience.  Osborne is the Director of Sales for Post-Tensioning Solutions for STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES / VSL, a Structural Group Company.
